I am at a 2 day Tech Camp in Renselearville, NY in the Mountains south of Albany.  So far it has been a good learning experience.  We have covered Web 2.0 terminology and are working on blogs now.  I have another blog I use of information sharing on the library where I work.  This blog is intended to be more personal and contain information on topics of interest to me.

The purpose of this blog is to serve as the Information Portal for my thoughts as a professional Library Media Specialist.  It is summer time now, so future posts will not be directly related to an particuliar school.  I am sitting in a Web 2.0 class and we are learning about blogs, wikkis and podcasts.  I am not new to these tools, but never seem to have enough time to properly utilize them.  Hopefully this summer I can spend some more time on these things.
